Looks like they used 2 xhci controllers only, 0xa6000000 for tb4 and 0xa4000000, which is mp, but managed to get a type-c port on it and the usb3 root hub for the other type-a ports, plus the r8152 NIC). There‘s no 0xa8000000 controller in the hwinfo log. But you need 2 dpphys for hdmi and dp, so there‘ one extra qmpphy used from an unused xhci controller
