had a dumb dumb thought that IFFFFFF lenovo provisions the firmware by soldering a pre-programmed spi flash and never turns the device on themselves, the fuses could be not burned yet before first boot, but that's most most likely unlikely

in this, absolutely unlikely case, one could probably get a brand new device and nuke SEC from the flash before booting it, so it won't fuse itself xD

Ok nvm, I guess WPA3 issue was a configuration that somehow became hard set after upgrading from 25.04 to 25.10, resolved it by changing it in saved network settings security tab.
