<kuruczgy[m]> And for resolving conflicts, is there anything better than just `git am --show-current-patch` and manually copy-pasting the changes into the relevant files?

<albsen[m]> kuruczgy: have you tried any of the jetbrains ide's? I really like the way they help resolve. I've not tried it with patch files, but i'd assume that works the same giving you a 3 way view with the result in the middle that can also be manually edited.

<albsen[m]> kuruczgy: I'm sorry, didn't know that was a requirement. if you prefer foss, there are likely gui merge tools that present a 3 panel view. however, clion is now free to use for FOSS work. I think LazyVim has a 3 panel merge view as well but jetbrains was easier to work with for me.

<robclark> kuruczgy[m]: sometimes `git am --show-current-patch | patch -p1` works ... or you can apply the patch on an older branch and cherry-pick..

<brandon63> Hi all. I'm looking at new laptops and several of the Snapdragon X Elite systems look pretty good. I wanted to get an idea of where support is for the Vivobook S15 right now?

<kuruczgy[m]> What's the status of the ath12k firmware regression? It seems that linux-firmware-20250509 has it, right?
<kuruczgy[m]> Does a tracking issue exist for this? Is there a workaround other than just downgrading linux-firmware?
