<chadmed>
ready to pull the trigger on v2 of the rtc, hwmon and hid series
<chadmed>
the gaslighting is unreal though, im worried about having fucked something up before i even send the series out
<chaos_princess>
is it on gh? can be a second pair of eyes
<chadmed>
yeah just cleaning up the cover then pushing
<nickchan>
okay more info on t8015 smc gpio i think gpiod_direction_input_nonotify: missing direction_input() operation and line is outputdmesg is normal i just messed up input and output (using gpiomon)
<nickchan>
but there's some other gpio lines that says "No such device or address" without that message in dmesg so that part is still incompatible
<nickchan>
(the one where I messed up input and output will say I/O Error)
<nickchan>
and trying to find where that ENXIO come from
<nickchan>
hmm but gpioget does work on the seemingly input gpios just not gpiomon

<nickchan>
compared a smc key dump of t8015 d22 and t6000 j314s
<nickchan>
on t8015 every smc gpio key is like this in m1n1: #603: gP01 = (ui32, 0xf0) 862549252
<nickchan>
and on t6000: #1736: gP01 = (ui32, 0xf0) 0
<nickchan>
in any case i think id have to observe the exact behavior in m1n1
