* dcz[m] got my my8192 motherboard
<dcz[m]> will be slowly collecting part to have a working Chromebook January-ih
<dcz[m]> ish
<weirdtreething> nice
<dcz[m]> also gonna start learning BGA reballing so I can have 16G RAM XD
<hpag[m]> that would be really nice to do on my duet lol
<weirdtreething> dcz[m]: does your board have eMCP or eMMC + ram
<weirdtreething> mine has eMCP sadly
<dcz[m]> weirdtreething: huh, I didn't know eMCP was a thing. I haven't unpacked it yet, but will document thoroughly
<weirdtreething> dcz[m]: also, do you have hayato or spherion?
<dcz[m]> actually tomato :P sorry, just came back from holidays
<dcz[m]> mt8195
<weirdtreething> ahh
<weirdtreething> i believe that one has dedicated ram and emmc
<dcz[m]> the reference board does and the pics looked like they had the same basic layout
<weirdtreething> not sure if that SoC can support 16gb of ram, but it would be cool
<dcz[m]> the dev board does
<dcz[m]> hm, actually, the dev board was for the Genio Soc
<dcz[m]> I wonder if they would change supported RAM size between product tiers
